Latitude Real Estate released the first stage of Olivia estate in Truganina on Saturday morning and sold all 67 lots that were available in the release.
The release process was completely transparent for all the clients looking to secure their home site with a step by step online ticketing procedure.
This procedure played a huge part in assisting us to sell out the Stage 1 release. Each client that registered had the process explained to them well before the event took place, this allowed us to book appointment times to sign contracts on the day of the release. All contracts were signed on Saturday with full 10% deposits received and all unconditional.
