Latitude Real estate sold all 26 town houses in the first release of the Krystal development in Keysborough last Saturday.

The success of Krystal Keysborough shows the depth of the market with more than 900 enquiries in the space of six weeks leading up to Saturdays launch.

The old traditional method of advertising is gone, no more newspapers and letterbox drops at Latitude Real Estate. We are led by a young dynamic team of marketing experts who understand how to maximize enquiry through well planned and executed digital and social media campaigns. This is the second sell out when launching a new project in just 5 weeks.

Our internal marketing and design department played a major role in the success with the creation of the brand, logo and image for the Krystal Keysborough project. They designed the logo through to the site office layout and fitout which proved to be extremely functional when signing 26 contracts.

Just six weeks ago we commenced our marketing campaign, it comprised a strong focus toward Social & Google with a little bit of REA (realestate.com.au). This brought us 900 plus enquiries of which 26 purchased in stage 1 with the remaining clientele waiting for our next release. Our release processes are always strongly pushed toward strong EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail), this is the best way of communicating exactly what we need to get across to our clients.

Two weeks before the launch day we opened the site office for appointment only inspections. This gave our sales team time to sit and discuss every aspect of the project, floor plans, specifications colours etc, with each client so they could make an informed decision on whether to proceed to contract when required.

Five days from release, we phoned each person that had a private inspection and booked them in for their contract signing. On Saturday, we had a team of 6 people onsite with 4 signing contracts and 2 assisting with any queries. The way each person was handled, the EDM strategy, the project marketing, the sales process and a lot more, all assisted in the first release at Krystal being an enormous success. All 26 signed unconditional contracts on the day with 10% deposits being paid.

Latitude is jointly owned by the Hand family and Simonds family and boast having more experience than any other marketing group in the medium density marketing space. Two of the company’s Directors worked from the sales suite for the launch last Saturday to ensure everything went to plan. We are looking to secure the marketing of more medium density developments and believe we have the ability to provide a level of service and delivery that no competitor can match.
